How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your Messenger conversation data in any of the following ways:

Option 1 — Email request:
Send an email to travelheroasia@gmail.com
with the subject “Data Deletion Request - Journey Finda”.
Include:
- Your name (optional)
- The approximate date/time you messaged our Page
- A short note that you want your Messenger data deleted

Option 2 — Messenger keyword:
Message our Facebook Page and send the text DELETE MY DATA.
Our team will process the request.
What we delete
- Stored conversation records associated with your Page-scoped user ID (PSID)
- Any travel preferences or context you provided in chat, if stored
Timeline
We typically complete deletion requests within 7 business days.
If we must keep certain records for legal or security reasons, we will explain what is retained and why.
